Chief Minister Punjab Mariyam Nawaz Sharif has announced a Prize of Rs 3 Crore for National Hockey Team. Pakistan National Hockey team was runner up for the Azlan Shah Cup finals and Chief Minister Mariyam Nawaz sharif has announced a prize of Rs. 3 crore on this brilliant effort of National Team.
On this pleasant occasion Mariyam Nawaz said that Hockey is more than sport and is a national pride for Pakistani team. She showed her confidence on the team by saying that this team is capable to revive our hockey sport performance and will enable the team to regain their lost potential. Pakistan National Hockey team captain Imad Butt expressed his views that in future Pakistan team is committed to achieve new heights with more support and empowerment from government.
