On Wednesday the Islamabad High Court made a decision about Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi. They said she must move from her house in Bani Gala to Adiala jail. This is where her husband former Prime Minister Imran Khan is also being held.
The court had thought about this decision since May 2nd after listening to different opinions. The jail officers had said they couldn’t let Bushra Bibi stay in the usual jail because it was too full and for safety reasons.
They also said it was not right to call her house a sub-jail anymore.
Bushra Bibi was put under house arrest at her Bani Gala home on January 31. This happened after she was found guilty in a big case known as the Toshakhana case. She was supposed to stay there for 14 years.
