Nobel laureate Malala Yosufzai announced scholarship for Palestinians Students. Malala Yosufzai announced scholarship for Palestinians students at Oxford Pakistan Program event. Keeping in mind that Malala Yosufzai is co-founder of Malala Fund and during her address at the Oxford Event she said that more than 80 percent schools and universities of Gaza are either completely destroyed or damaged. She further said that rebuilding of Gaza’s education is a challenge and time taking process and it requires a long-term ceasefire and several years of investment.
Malala considered her scholarship a gesture of solidarity with Palestinians people. Palestinians students receiving scholarships from Malala will be able to begin their studies at Margaret Hall of Oxford University from October 2024.
