Meta is introducing new AI features for WhatsApp Business app. During a Meta Conference in Brazil, Mark Zuckerberg announced new artificial intelligence features for WhatsApp business app. He said that Meta is introducing these features to help business to interact better with customers.
For WhatsApp Business app Meta wants to develop AI assistants as well as multiple AI agents for different purposes. Company is also developing iPhone vehicle support that can automatically answer customer questions.
It should be noted that these AI features are already being used in India, Singapore and soon will be introduced in Brazil.
