Jean Marriot says that Pakistan has highest number of children out of Schools. Jean Marriot has been appointed as British High Commissioner in Pakistan from July 2023. In her recent presentation during educational conference. she revealed that Pakistan is on the top among the list of number of children out of schools which is very unfortunate. She clarified that there are not as many children out of school in any country in the world as there are in Pakistan.
An educational conference was held in Islamabad in which Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Jean Marriot were invited. During this conference jean Marriot shared that Pakistan is facing sever educational crisis and most of the children are out of schools.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif also shared his views on this issue and said that no nation can develop and grow without education. And Pakistan can only overcome through its challenges with education.
