Ukraine has Introduced world’s first AI Diplomatic Representative. Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs shared that for the first time in world a digital Interpreter will read the statements for national level. AI based diplomatic representative has given name of Victoria Shi which is now official spokesperson of Ukraine effective from 1st of May. Victoria Shi is can introduce herself as Diplomatic Representative of Ukraine Foreign Ministry.
Initially Victoria Shi is not capable of preparing statements itself but can read the statements written by real humans. Ukrainian Government is considering this development a breakthrough which has not been introduced in any other diplomatic service in world.
